Master the Art of Difficult Conversations

Feeling stuck in uncomfortable situations? Learn to navigate challenging conversations with confidence in this 6-week interactive course.

In Difficult Conversations, you'll:
  • Uncover the psychology behind why conversations become difficult and how to overcome avoidance.
  • Develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating conflict, and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Gain valuable insights from readings, discussion prompts, and interactive Zoom sessions.

Class format:
  • Weekly readings and discussion questions
  • Engaging 1-hour Zoom calls on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM (April 10th - May 15th)
  • Interactive learning environment with opportunities for questions and discussion
