When is Harvest Fest?
Harvest Fest will take place on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 5:00 - 8:30 PM. The Trunk or Treat activity will be held from 5:00 - 7:15 PM.
How old do you need to be to attend?
Harvest Fest is open to all ages!
How safe is Harvest Fest?
Harvest Fest is a very safe event. We have members of the CG security team present throughout the event. The entire event area is gated, making it virtually impossible to lose a child.
In case of any injuries, there will be a designated first aid area where trained personnel will provide assistance. If necessary, medical help will be called, ensuring everyone's comfort while waiting for paramedics.

What is the cost and is there a discount for more than one child?
The cost of admission to Harvest Fest is one can of food per person for the CG Food Pantry. Please ensure that your donation is not past its expiration date. If you do not have a can to donate, the cost is $2.00 per person or $5.00 per family.
How can I donate to Harvest Fest?
We are in need of candy donations for both the games and the Trunk or Treat activities. You can drop off your candy donations at the Welcome Desk on any Sunday at the Gilbert Campus or at the office during the week.
Does Harvest Fest support a mission?
Yes! Each year, Harvest Fest supports the CG Caring Hearts Food Pantry. This event greatly helps the pantry prepare to feed families not only during Thanksgiving and Christmas but also throughout the year.
Is there a lost and found?
There will be a lost and found area available at the first aid area.

Do I have to be a member at Christ Greenfield to go to Harvest Fest or volunteer?
Absolutely not! Harvest Fest is a community event, and everyone is welcome to attend or volunteer. We encourage you to invite your friends and neighbors.
How old do I have to be to volunteer?
Volunteers can start as young as kids entering 5th grade and there is no upper age limit. To sign up as a volunteer, register HERE.
What can people volunteer for?
There are various volunteer opportunities, including setting up before the event, assisting with games and activities during Harvest Fest, and participating in the tear-down after the event. You can sign up to volunteer before, during, or after the event HERE.

When is set-up?
Set-up for Harvest Fest will take place on the day of the event, from 3:00 - 4:45 PM.
I’ve volunteered to help during Harvest Fest. When will I receive my assignment?
Volunteers will receive their assignments via email during the first part of October. If you have any questions, please reach out to Events Director, Lee Bauer, at lbauer@cglchurch.org.

Where do we get our volunteer T-shirts?
Volunteer T-shirts will be distributed in the church courtyard on a Sunday in October (date to be determined). Alternatively, you can collect your T-shirt when you check in as a volunteer at the event.
