General Manager = Staff
Cast vision, hire staff, hold the ministry accountable for doing all they can to “win.”

Coaches = Non-paid lay leaders (team leads and coaches)
On the ground helping the players “win.”

Players = All of the congregation serving in various vocations.
The players are the ones who ultimately “win” the game of expanding God’s kingdom!
